President & Chief Executive Officer
Carl Chaisson is the President & Chief Executive Officer of United One Communications. Before starting United One Communications, Mr. Chaisson served in various roles, including a Cybersecurity Architect for Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics Information Technology, and DRS Technologies. Mr. Chaisson has over 12 years of technical leadership experience in the field of Computer Information Systems. Mr. Chaisson has spent several of those years as a defense contractor deployed to locations throughout Southwest Asia, including Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, engineering multi-million dollar tactical and strategic solutions for the Department of Defense in support of the warfighter.
Mr. Chaisson holds 21 professional IT certifications from various vendors. Mr. Chaisson received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University's Landon Undergraduate School of Business.
Mr. Chaisson has received several awards, including 2019 SBA South Florida Emerging Leaders and 2021 Florida SBDC at USF Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year.
In addition to his profession, Mr. Chaisson is active in the community. Mr. Chaisson is a member of Hillsborough Masonic Lodge #25, F. & A.M. Mr. Chaisson is a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason with the Valley of Tampa Scottish Rite organization. He is also a member of the Egypt Shriners in Tampa, Florida.
